Bien-aimé aux Raisins

Our Bien-aimé aux Raisins is definitely one of our star cheeses; it has been a favourite of both our French and international clients for several years. Its success is due to the original recipe but also to the care taken in the soaking of the raisins.

Bien-aimé aux Raisins is made with raisins that have been soaked in AOC Armagnac during a minimum of two months. The raisins give the cheese a unique, keen taste to the cheese. It is a fresh cheese, made using triple cream from cow’s milk and is ideal for receptions, dinners and buffets. It is made entirely on our premises and is available in a single size.
